Membership inclusions
- Monthly access to 4 full body sessions per week with an emphasis on glutes. (Train 2-4 days per week) Please note these are gym sessions.
- Access to tracking APP including clickable links to my detailed exercises demonstrations, track and monitor your progress straight from your phone! and chat with me in APP.
- Individual Technique feedback and coaching support from me direct from the APP or via our private facebook group.
- Recommended progressions for each month of training and weekly goals/tips.
