ABOUT BETH
I’m a personal trainer with over 14 years of experience coaching clients both in-person and online. I’ve invested heavily in my education and have been mentored by some of the best in the industry. After competing in bikini competitions for five years and winning the Overall Bikini title in 2019, I shifted away from unsustainable approaches to a balanced, lifestyle-driven method that’s allowed me to maintain my results long term. I also owned and operated a women’s strength gym for three years and mentored other coaches along the way. My goal is to help busy women achieve incredible results and build unshakable confidence through a simple, sustainable approach.
