I have been a coach for over 12 years. Over the years my coaching services have evolved so much! My approach is based on evidence-based training and nutrition principles. But a huge element of my style of coaching is based on helping my clients improve their daily habits and behaviours, which is I believe is KEY if you want to create sustainable results!

My mission is to coach girls who are serious about seeing results in the gym, but who are also determined to be their best selves in all aspects of their life!

I will not only coach you to gain education, improve your nutrition, and to be a badass in the gym, but I will also help you improve your current habits and behaviours and improve your mindset, so you are able to excel in all areas of your life with confidence!!
