HOME GAINS

Home Gains is for you if you’re training at home with limited equipment.

You’ll just need a booty band, a set of dumbbells, and a light resistance band to complete these workouts.

Home Gains is designed with progressive overload in mind, so over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll increase your time under tension through different tempo controls added to the workouts. This enables you to make consistent progress throughout the 6 weeks.
