About Beth

I have 13+ years of experience as a personal trainer. Coaching clients in-person and online within that time! I think having hands-on experience in-person is required to gain the knowledge and expertise necessary to have success in coaching clients online!

I have been mentored by the best

I have invested my time over the years to be mentored by the industries best in the strength training and nutrition space. I have been mentored and have learnt from Bret Contreras, Joey Zinghini,  Layne Norton, Mike Israetel, Eric helms, Jay Alderton to name a few. 

I have done it all..

In my early 20s, I competed in bikini competitions for five years, going through eight dieting phases. During this time, I applied flexible dieting methods to my prep, which helped me win the overall bikini title in 2019.

However, I also struggled with binge eating and followed unsustainable approaches in the past. Since adopting a more balanced, lifestyle-driven approach, I’ve been able to maintain my results for over five years. Having gone through my own journey, I’m deeply passionate about helping other women navigate theirs in a sustainable and empowering way.

I owned my own gym for 3 years

I owned and operated my own women's strength boutique gym, The Glute Academy HQ, for three years. This experience allowed me to coach countless clients hands-on, refine my in-person training methods, and develop the most effective strategies for coaching clients online. During this time, I also mentored other coaches, helping them grow in their own careers.
